Hatch Baby is a VC funded start-up in Menlo Park. We are reinventing the baby nursery with a series of smart products and services designed to make new parenthood easier. Our first product, the Smart Changing Pad, is a connected version of the traditional foam diaper changing pad that allows parents to easily track weight and breastfeeding amount. Using our companion app, parents will get insights into their babies' growth and health over time.

We are looking for a full time customer support person located near Menlo Park, CA who can help our customers love us!

 
Key Responsibilities:

· Be a fantastic and hands-on member of our team
· Establish  customer support process and best practices, field questions from customers on email, phone, and social
· Own relationship with our shipping and logistics company
· Help with testing of new products and user research

Qualifications:

· Incredibly organized and empathic (you'll be dealing with tired new parents!)
· Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
· Interested in gadgets
· Willing to speak up to offer suggestions
· Positive team member
